These areas are all open plan with a solid oak floor running through both sections.

The lounge offers excellent seating for 5 people. The television and video come with a selection of blockbuster hits as well as Sky with Movies package. The CD player has a number of carefully selected albums to choose from.

There is a gas fire in the centre of an ornate surround and two large lamps to offer appropriate lighting.

The solid oak hand made kitchen is handsomely fitted with all the trimmings.

It also houses, a washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and ice box, dishwasher and microwave as well as the necessary tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk for your arrival!

The large double doors from the Kitchen walk straight out onto the patio and into the garden.
