Prices

1st January 2012 - 31st March 2012 - £375 per week

1st April - 30th June 2012 - £475 per week

1st July - 30th September 2012 - £675 per week

1st October - 22nd December 2012 - £375 per week.
 
Christmas 2012 :  23rd December  - 30th December 2012 - £799 per week

New Year 2012 :  30th December - 6th January 2013 - £799 per week.
 

Short Breaks

(minimum 3 nights). Available 1st October - 30th June.

1 Double Bedroom - £70/night
2 Double Bedrooms - £85/night
3 Double Bedrooms - £95/night

Terms

Payment to be made in cash or cheque to Mrs F Roberts.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking and balance to be paid 28 days before arrival.

For bookings made within one month of the start date the full amount is payable upon booking.

Arrival and Departure times

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed. 

Guests are welcome after 2.30pm. Departure by 10am.
